Three Easters Are Better Than None

First Easter in Piedmont Park 3 weeks before Easter. 

Savannah and Avery hunted in the 2-3 year old heat.

Second Easter (the day before Easter) with Tommy and Lauren. 

It should be noted that Avery found more eggs than Tommy and Chris combined. 

Real Easter with Grandma! The bunny actually did make an appearance in Redwood City, leaving footprints and left stuffed animals. "Easter Bunny drive away in his car, Mama?" Avery mused.

Meanwhile, back at the homestead, the ducks have been preparing their own egg basket. 

We are eagerly looking for signs of incubation.

Mama Goes Back to Work

I have gone back to work. It's been a busy and bittersweet couple of weeks. Mimi, Opa, and Uncle Peter came out to visit and help take care of the boys while I started teaching.
