We stayed in a rustic cabin. We had electricity but bathrooms were a short walk away. The boys each had a bedside lamp with built-in marble run (a whimsical camp tradition). The meals were fantastic, and served overlooking the lake. The boys had classes each morning and afternoon that were music and dance based. There were two swimming sessions each day, and we melted into the rhythm of simple living.
There was arts and crafts after lunch each day.
Here is Zeal in egg carton frog eyes.
Avery made a twig and paper tent.
Sid was the center of a jam, which rendered him speechless.
This is the way we walked to our meals and classes each day.

A camp tradition: the pond toss. Avery was possibly the youngest camper signed up to be tossed into the pond off the end of the dock. (Feeling grateful for our extreme adventurer)

Pinewoods, we will be back!
